Crepes

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 C milk
  • 1 C flour
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp soft butter

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients. Grease and heat a 6-inch skillet. Use a ladle to transfer batter to skillet. Cook until done and barely brown.

Crepes can have things rolled in them such as fruit, jelly, etc. and topped with syrup, powdered sugar, etc.

Yields about 12 Crepes
