• 16 oz of Crab Meat
• recipe calls for 8 oz of crab put I do a full 16 oz. I buy the crab meat at Costco or Sams
• 1 Cup of Mayo
• 1 Cup of Sour Cream
• 1 pkg of Mix IT Cracked Crab Seasoning
