Ingredients
- 2 pkgs. phyllo cups
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, divided
- 1 tea. finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
- 4 oz. goat cheese
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Raspberry-Chipotle sauce, divided
Preparation
Step 1
For crisp phyllo cups bake in oven according to package directions.
Place almonds onto baking sheet and toast until golden brown. Set aside 1 Tbsp. of the almonds. Finely chop remaining almonds in food chopper. Finely chop rosemary. Combine chopped almonds, rosemary, goat cheese and cream cheese in a bowl, mix well.
Attach a star top to decorator or fill a zip-lock bag and snip corner. Reserve 1 Tbsp. of the Raspberry-Chipotle sauce for garnish. Spoon remaining sauce evenly into cups; pipe goat cheese filling over sauce.
Garnish cups with reserved sauce and almonds.
