In a skillet combine 1 bottle Leinenkugels Summer Shandy, 1 minced large garlic clove, 1 tsp parsley, a pinch of salt and thyme and dash of Tabasco. Bring to a quick boil and add 1 lb fresh cleaned and deveined shrimp and simmer until pink, about 3-5 minutes. Drain and serve with cocktail sauce or melted butter or can serve over noodles with olive oil and fresh veggies. WE TRIED THIS 8/12, RYAN THOUGHT IT WAS OK, I THOUGHT IT WAS GOOD.
