- 2 LBS GROUND BEEF
- 2 LBS SWEET ITALIAN SAUSAGE
- 2 LBS HOT ITALIAN SAUSAGE
- 3 EGGS
- 3 CUPS OF PANKO BREAD CRUMBS
- 5 TABLESPOONS OF MINCED GARLIC
- 1 TABLESPOON BLACK PEPPER
- 1 TABLESPOON SALT
- 3 TABLESPOONS ITALIAN SEASONING
- 2 TABLESPOONS FRESH CHOPPED PARSLEY

Step 1
PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A LARGE BOWL. MIX WELL WITH HANDS. FASHION INTO SMALL MEATBALLS. PLACE ON SINGLE LAYER OF BAKING SHEET. BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN AT 350 DEGREES FOR 45 TO 50 MINUTES. SERVE WITH SPAGHETTI SAUCE.
