Ramos Gin Fizz

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 dashes orange-flower water
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 1/2 ozs. heavy cream
  • 1 jigger gin
  • 2 ozs. sparkling water
  • Cracked ice

Preparation

Step 1


Combine all ingredients with cracked ice in electric blender.

Just before taking off the blender, add 2 ozs. of sparkling water.

Strain into chilled fizz glass.
