Ingredients

  • 1/2

    lb ground pork sausage

  • 2-3

    c milk

  • 1/4-1/2

    c flour 1-2 tsp bouillon

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • prepared biscuits of your choice, I like to use homemade or Bisquik biscuits.

Directions

Brown sausage in skillet until cooked through, drain grease. Add milk, bouillon, salt and pepper, bring to simmer. meanwhile, add enough milk to flour to form a pourable slurry. Once sausage mixture is simmering stir in flour and milk mixture. Pour over prepared biscuits of your choice.
