White Chocolate-Cranberry Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • Butter-flavor cooking spray
  • 1 loaf (16oz) Texas toast cut into 1" cubes
  • 1 bag (12oz) white chocolate pieces
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • dash salt
  • 2 T buter, cut into small pieces
  • 1 t ground cinnamon
  • Chocolate-flavored syrup

Preparation

Step 1

1) Coat a 4 qt slow cooker with cooking spray.

2) In a large bowl, toss together bread cubes, white chocolate pieces and cranberries until combined.

3) In a med bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar and salt. Pour over bread mixture. Stir together. Transfer to prepared slow cooker. Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.

4) Cover and cook on LOW heat seating for 3-4 hours.

5) Serve warm with chocolate flavored syrup
