Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef / turkey
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- Dash of pepper
- Dash of cinnamon
- Dash of ginger
- 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 3 cups cooked rice
Preparation
Step 1
Brown the beef, onion and garlic in a large skillet. Stir in the rest of the ingredients (except rice). Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over rice.
