Ingredients

  • 3 EGGS
  • 1 CUP VEG OIL
  • 2 TEASPOONS VANILLA
  • 2 CUPS ZUCCHINI SHREDDED
  • 1 CUP SUGAR (1 1/2 IF YOU DONT USE PUDDING)
  • 3 TEASPOONS CINNAMON
  • 1 TEASPOON SALT
  • 2 TEASPOONS BAKING SODA
  • 2 CUPS FLOUR
  • 1/4 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
  • 1 BOX INSTANT PUDDING(CHOCOLATE OR FRENCH VANILLA)
  • NUTS (IF DESIRED)
