• White Sauce:
• 3 tbs butter
• 2 tbs flour
• At meduim about 1 minute
• add 1 cup of cold milk whisk until thick sauce about 2 minutes

Step 1

Moms Potato Soup
Cut Potatoes into small
Boil potato's at medium for about 15 minutes
Pour sauce into potato's (do not drain water)
Mix well for 2 minutes
Let stand for about 15 minutes
Garnish with cheddar cheese and bacon bits
