Ingredients
- 1 pound sausage or lamb
- 1 package Phyllo pastry
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- pinch nutmeg
- pinch oregano
- pinch salt
- pinch pepper
- Olive Oil
- cheeses (feta, swiss, mozzarella, kefalograviera, etc)
Preparation
Step 1
boil or brown the meat. Season with spiced and mix with the cheeses. Spread the mixture on the oiled phyllo. Roll up phyllo and tuck in the sides.
Bake it at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
