Slow Cooked Artichoke Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg 9oz frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed to drain
  • 1/2 c refrigerated Alfredo sauce
  • 1 can 14oz quartered artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 3/4 t garlic salt
  • 1 c shredded swiss cheese 4oz
  • 1 loaf 20in length baguette French bread, cut into 40 slices

Preparation

Step 1

Using a slow cooker, mix all ingredients, excluding the bread, cover and cook on low for 2-4 hours.
