Ingredients

• 2 small scoops Backyard Mint Ice Cream
• 2 ounces bourbon
• Soda water
• Mint sprig

Preparation

Scoop ice cream into a pint glass. Pour the bourbon over and top with club soda. Garnish with the mint.
