Hot Spinach & Artichoke Dip

  • 6 oz. Marintaded artichoke hearts; drained and coursley chopped.
  • 10 oz.frozen cream spinach
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 2 oz. fresh grated parmesan cheese



Step 1

Pre-Heat oven to 350F
Add coursley chopped artichokes, spinach, mayonnaise, sour cream, grated parmesan cheese and garlic.Mix well.
Spoon mixture into a small baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 min or until heated through.
Garnish with red bell pepper if desired.
Serve with chips.
