Angel Lush with Pineapple

Ingredients
- 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 package(3.4 oz.)vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling
- 1 large container thawed whipped topping
- 1 angel food cake, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes

Preparation
Step 1
Combine pineapple and dry pudding mix in medium bowl. Gently fold in 1 cup whipped topping.
Place angel food cake cubes in the bottom of a 13x9x2 pan. Pour pineapple mixture over the top covering all the angel food cake. Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pineapple mixture.
Refrigerate for two hours before serving.
Optional: Sprinkle top with toasted coconut, berries or chopped pecans.
