Ingredients
- 8 Slices of Bacon
- 8 Ears of Corn
- 1 Large Onion
- 1 tbs Garlic
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 2 Cups Whipping Cream
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Red Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook and crumble bacon (reserve drippings). Add in skillet, corn, onion, and garlic. Cook 15 minutes or until tender. Stir in flour and cook 2 more minutes stirring constantly until combined. Stir in sugar, salt, and red pepper. Cook 2 minutes until heated through. Top with bacon.
