Ingredients
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup flou
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 cups ground, cooked ham
- 2 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp onion
- 2/3 cup bread crumbs
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 tbsp water
- cooking oil for frying

Preparation
Step 1
1. In saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour.
2. Add milk at once. cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat.
3. Stir in ham, mustard and onion. Chill thoroughly.
4. Shape into patties. Roll in bread crumbs. Dip into mixture of egg and water. Roll again.
5. Fry for 2.5 minutes
