Chocolate Frangelico Fondue

Ingredients

• 1 l/3 c half and half
• 1/4 c milk
• 8 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
• 1 1/4 c powdered sugar
• 2 T dark corn syrup or honey
• 2 T Frangelico
• 4 c cubed angel food cake
• 2 C strawberries
• 2 bananas cut in chunks

Preparation

Step 1

combine first 3 ingredients in medium saucepan
cook over med low 5 mins or until smooth stirring constantly
stir in sugar and syrup or honey
cook 10 mins stirring till smooth
stir in Frangelico
pour into fondue pot or small crock pot and keep warm on low
serve with cake and fruit on skewers or fondue forks
