Ingredients

• 1 1/2 c cornemal
• 1/4 c flour
• 1 egg
• 1 c finely chopped onion
• milk

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first four ingredients and add enough milk to make a paste-like batter. Drop batter by spoonfuls into pre-heated oil and cook until golden brown.
