Stuff Shells with Pork & Spinach

Ingredients
- 1 Stick butter or 1/2 c olive oil
- 1 box large pasta shells
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 pkg pork sausage (jimmy deans)
- 1 pkg cream cheese
- 1 pkg frozen spinach ( cooked and drained)
- 1 cup parmesesan cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup celery
- 1 cup onions (chopped)
- 3 tbs parsley
- 3 tbs cilantro
- 1 jar marinara sauce ( classic-tomatoe basil)
- 3 large pods of garlic, baked squeeze out garlic & pepper to taste
- 2 teas. tony chachere's seasoning mix

Preparation
Step 1
Cook garlic for 1 hour at 300. Wrap pods in foil and dab with olive oil.
Cook pasta shells. Place in cold water. Saute onions, celery, parsley and cilantro in butter for 5 minutes. Add pork and sausage. Cook 10 minutes. Add spinach, cream cheese, 1/2 parmesan and 1/2 mozzarella. Add garlic. Mix
Season and stuff shells. Top with sauce and remaining cheese.
Cook shells at 350 for 20-25 minutes
