Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Bloody Mary mix
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp minced fresh cilantro, plus sprigs for garnish
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Dash of Tabasco sauce, or to taste
- Salt and pepper
- 36 cooked, deveined large shrimp with tails in place
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, stir together the Bloody Mary mix, lemon juice, garlic, minced cilantro, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the shrimp and toss gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
To serve, arrange the shrimp on a platter, garnish with cilantro sprigs, and accompany with cocktail napkins and toothpicks for easy serving.
