- Cream Cheese - Softened
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Bacon Bits (optional)
Clean out Jalapenos, removing all seeds.
Mix all ingredients together.
Stuff peppers with cheese mixture.
Cook standing on end on grill (medium head) for about 30 minutes, or until soft. Can also cook in oven.
Using foil, I create a holder for the peppers, folding sides tall enough to support the peppers while standing.
