- 1 pound crimini button mushrooms stems removed
- Chablis wine
- Crumbled blue cheese
- Chopped parsley or rosemary for garnish
Rinse and place mushrooms in a microwave safe glass casserole dish. Add Chablis and cover. Microwave high for several minutes (until tender). Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Drain and place on a broiler tray. Fill caps with cheese and broil until slightly brown. Garnish with chopped herbs.
