Cheesecake Tarts

Ingredients

• 2 packages of cream cheese, softened
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 package of "Mr. Christie" vanilla wafers
• 1 can of Cherry Pie Filling

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla until well combined.

Line a muffin pan with paper liners. Put a wafer in each cup. Place a teaspoon of cheesecake mixture onto wafer and bake for 10-15 minutes. Cool completely. Top each tart with a teaspoon of cherry pie filling.
