Ingredients
- 3 bottles root beer (12 oz each)
- 4-5 cups crushed ice cubes
- Sweetened condensed milk to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Heat root beer in a saute pan over medium-high until slightly thick and reduced to 3/4 cup, about 30 minutes. Remove syrup from pan, chill just until cool.
Shave crushed ice in a food processor until fine. Divide shaved ice evenly among 4 glasses, pour chilled syrup over each, and top with sweetened condensed milk. Serve icy treats immediately.
