Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds lamb chop
- 4 eggs - whipped
- 1 onion
- 6 pods garlic
- 1 piece ginger
- 2 cups p. yogurt
- black pepper
- salt
- oil - for frying
Preparation
Step 1
Rinse the chops.
Add yogurt and salt and mix well.
Blend together onion, ginger, and garlic.
Add this to the chops.
Add black pepper.
Mix well and let marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Cook on medium heat till the water dries, covered.
Keep stirring, being careful not to break the lamb chop pieces.
Let cool.
When time to serve, heat oil.
Dip chops in whipped egg and fry on medium heat.
Be careful not to burn the eggs.
Fry until golden brown on both sides.
