Ingredients

• 1 1/2 c plus 1 T sugar
• 1 T cinnamon
• 1 c shortening
• 2 eggs
• 1 t b.soda
• 1 t vanilla
• 1/2 t salt
• 2 3/4 flour
• 2 t cream of tarter
