Ingredients
- 2 T. butter
- 2 T. honey
- 4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. orange juice
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter with honey in a 12" skillet; add chicken. Brown both sides over medium heat until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a fork; reduce heat to low.
Pour orange juice on top; cover and heat for 10 minutes.
Uncover and heat until juices reduce to a glaze. Serves 4 to 6.
