Another Favorite from my Nana Paparazzo.. I add garlic but she never would...
Ingredients
- 2 Pork chops
- 3 sirloin strips
- 2 28 oz cans of Pastene Kitchen Ready tomatoes
- 2 6oz cans of tomato paste
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 yellow onion
- fresh parsley
- 1 cup olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves

Preparation
Step 1
Chop pepper and onion very fine
using pasta strainer over a large bowl smash tomatoes removing any skin or seeds that may be in the can
add tomato paste and two cans of water ( use the pastene cans)
cut meat into thin strips and saute in sauce pan with a little oil until the oil is gone and meat is sizzling
add more oil onion pepper and parsley and saute
Add tomato ixture and bring to a boil stirring constantly
Add salt to tast and simmer for 2 hours..
