Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 9 medium cloves garlic, minced
- 6 ripe tomatos chopped
- 10 fresh basil leaves (cut long strips)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a saucepan, saute garlic in olive oil over medium heat. Make sure it doesn't burn. Add tomatoes, basil, and cream. Bring to simmer and reduce heat to medium low. Let sauce reduce about 2 minutes, stir in cheese until it melts, season with salt & pepper. Don’t let sauce boil after adding the cheese.
