BAKED CORN IN SOUR CREAM

Ingredients

  • 6 Bacon slices
  • 2 tbs. Chopped onion
  • 2 tbs. Butter
  • 2 tbs. All purpose flour
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 (12oz) cans whole kernel corn
  • 1 tbs. Chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt

Preparation

Fry bacon, drain and crumble, set aside. Gradually add sour cream, stirring until mixture is smooth Heat just to boiling. Add corn and heat through. Fold in half of the bacon and spoon into a greased 1 - 1 1/2 qt. Casserole. Top with parsley and remaining bacon. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
