Taco Dip

Ingredients

• 4 Italian sausage casing removed
• 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese grated
• 1 cup monterey jack cheese grated
• 1 four oz can of green chilies
• 1 cup of light sour cream
• 1 cup salsa
• 2 tbsp hot sauce ( or to your liking)
• If desired top with diced tomatoes, chopped pepper and black olives

Preparation

Step 1

Fry sausage into small bites add all other ingredients mix and put in an oven proof dish if desired add tomatoes peppers and olives bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes until bubbly
