  • 1 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 t. vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Oven 325 degrees.

Beat butter for 30 seconds; add granulated sugar and beat till fluffy. Add vanilla and 2 t. water; beat well. Stir in flour and peacans. Shape into 1 -inch balls or 1 1/2 by 1 1/2 inch fingers. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a 325 oven about 20 minutes. Cool completely. Gently shake a few cookies at a time in a bag with powdered sugar.
