S'mores Cake - My Own Creation

August 10 is National S'mores Day, I've created this cake to celebrate the occasion.

Ingredients
- CAKE
- 1 Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1 1/2 cups Milk
- 1/3 cup Canola Oil
- 4 Eggs
- 2 cups Miniature Marshmallows
- FILLING
- 2 cups Chocolate Chips (reserve 1/2 cup)
- 1 (3.5 oz.) pkg Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 1 cup Milk (cold)
- 1 (8 oz) pkg Fat free cream cheese (softened)
- 1 (7 oz) jar Marshmallow Cream
- 1 (12 oz) Cool Whip (thawed)
- 1 (16 oz) Hot Fudge Topping
- DECORATIONS
- 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- Miniature graham crackers
- Miniature marshmallows
- Reserved melted choc chips
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cake mix, cracker crumbs, milk and eggs on low for 30 seconds, beat on medium speed 2 minutes.
Site in mini marshmallows.
Bake as directed. Cool, split each layer in half.
Melt choc chips, set aside.
Combine pudding mix and milk in large bowl. Beat for 2 minutes or until thickened. Beat in cream cheese, and marshmallow cream. Fold in whipped topping .
Spread a thin layer of melted chocolate on the bottom layer of the cake, then a layer of the filling. Put top layer on and cover top and sides with filling mixture. Drop dollops of hot fudge topping on the top of the cake and swirl through with a knife.
Sprinkle with 1 cup graham wafer crumbs. Top with miniature s’mores made with mini graham wafers a dollop of reserved chocolate and miniature marshmallows.
