Butter Cream Icing

Makes 3lbs of icing.

Ingredients

• 3/4 lbs butter softened
• 4 oz shortening
• 2 lbs of shortening
• 2 1/2 egg whites
• 1 tsp lemon
• 1/2 TB vanilla
• If you want to make chocolate add 2-3 squares of melted chocoalate (semi-sweet)

Beat egg whites then add rest of ingredients until well combined
