Ingredients
- 1 box Betty Crocker casserole potatoes (Au Gratin, Scalloped, etc)
- 1-lb cooked ham slice
- 1 package frozen sugar snap peas OR
- 1 package of your favorite vegetable
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Prepare your favorite Betty Crocker casserole potatoes as directed.
Place 1-lb cooked ham slice in baking dish. Brush with orange marmalade (or a mixture of honey and mustard) and cover with foil.
Bake potatoes and ham about 20 minutes or until ham is hot.
10 minutes before dinner...
Cook frozen sugar snap peas. Toss with butter.
