Rice and Sausage Casserole

  • 1 pkg. beef flavored Rice-a-Roni
  • 1 lb. link sausage
  • 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • 3 slices American cheese



Step 1

Cook Rice-a-Roni according to package directions
Fry sausage until well done
In a 2 quart casserole dish (greased), place 1/2 of the prepared rice then top with 1/2 of the sausage in spoke fashion
Add another layer of rice and sausage
Pour tomato sauce over the casserole evenly
Top with cheese slices
Bake at 375 for about 10 minutes
