Ingredients
- 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 c chopped onion
- 2 T butter
- 1/4 c flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 c milk
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1-1/2 c cheese

Step 1
Bake pastry crust at 350 degrees for 10 min. Remove and cool. Saute mushrooms and onions in butter. Blend in flour and salt. Gradually add milk. Stir constantly until sauce boils and thickens. Remove from heat. Blend a small amount of hot sauce into eggs, then put eggs in sauce. Add cheese and stir. Pour into shell, bake at 350 degrees for 40 min. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving
