Italian Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Barilla pasta
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
  • 10 slices salami, cut into strips
  • 2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 4 bottled Italian salad peppers, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Boil and drain the pasta in the morning and let it chill in the refrigerator. In the evening, all you have to do is toss the ingredients together and a cool and refreshing dinner is ready!
