Ingredients
- 2 cups Barilla pasta
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
- 10 slices salami, cut into strips
- 2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 4 bottled Italian salad peppers, chopped
- 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Boil and drain the pasta in the morning and let it chill in the refrigerator. In the evening, all you have to do is toss the ingredients together and a cool and refreshing dinner is ready!
