Raw Sunflower Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds sweet onions, peeled
  • 1 cup ground sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup ground golden flaxseeds
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Nama Shoyu

Preparation

Step 1

1. Put onions in food processor with “S” blade and process until small pieces form.
2. Put onions in bowl with remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
3. Smooth mixture about 1/4" thick onto non-stick dehydrator sheets.
4. Dehydrate at 115ºF for 12 hours, turning over for another 12 hours or until dry and crispy.
5. Cut bread into pieces with a pizza cutter and store in refrigerator in an airtight container
