Ingredients
- 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp chili garlic paste
- 1 tsp Lankanto sweetener
- 1 tsp lime juice
Preparation
Step 1
Heat cast iron skillet over med-high heat.
Add seeds and dry fry for a few minutes until seeds start to plump.
Stir in remaining ingredients and continue to cook until seed dry out.
Serve warm or store in airtight container.
