Ingredients

  • 32 ounces package of frozen hashbrowns

  • 1/4

    cup butter, melted

  • 1

    pint sour cream

  • 1

    can cream of chicken soup

  • 1/3

    cup green onion, chopped

  • 1 1/2

    cups Cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 1/3

    cup corn flakes, crushed

  • 1

    tablespoon butter, melted

Directions

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2 Mix first six ingredients and pour into 9x13 pan. 3 Mix cornflakes and butter together, sprinkle over potato mixture. 4 Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
