Ingredients
- Filling:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 jar - 16 oz. salsa
- 1/3 c water
- 1 pkg taco seasoning mix
- 1 c frozen corn kernels
- 1 can sliced olives, drained
- Crust
- 1 c yellow corn meal
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can diced green chiles
- 1 c cheese
- 1 tap salt

Step 1
Filling: Cook beef and onion, drain. Stir in salsa, water and seasoning, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low cook. Add corn and olives
Preheat 425 degrees. Combine cornmeal, evaporated milk, chiles, 1/2 c cheese and salt in medium sauce pan. Cook over med-high heat, until thickened.
Spoon filling into 12 x 8 ungreased baking dish. Spread cornmeal mixture on top. Bake for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
