Hot Reuben Dip

Ingredients

• 8 oz cream cheese
• 8 oz sour cream
• 1/2 LB corn beef, thinly sliced,chopped
• 16 oz sauerkraut, with juice
• 1 cup shredded swiss cheese-1/2 pound
• 1 cup marble cheese- 1/2 pound

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and heat thoroughly, stirring often. Serve with rye bread, garlic chips or tortilla chips. Keep warm.
