Granola Bars Designer Whey | Healthy Homemade

Ingredients

  • 1/2 scoop Designer Whey French Vanilla
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup each all-purpose flour, wheat germ, vegetable oil & honey
  • 3/4 tsp each salt & ground cinnamon
  • 1 egg beaten & 2 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 350°. Grease a 9"x13" baking pan. In a large bowl mix the oats, brown sugar, wheat germ, cinnamon, protein powder, flour & salt. Make a well in center & pour in honey, egg, oil & vanilla. Mix well using hands & pat mixture evenly. Bake 30-35 minutes or until edges turn golden. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then cut (completely cooled bars will be too hard to cut!).
