Ingredients
- 3 large ripe peaches, peeled, stone removed, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
- small pinch of cinnamon
- pinch of salt

Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a bowl; mix until the sugar is dissolved. Cover and refrigerate for 4-6 hours. Mix and serve over vanilla ice cream
