Ingredients
- 4-5 lbs. boneless beef brisket
- 1 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 c ketchup
- 1/4 c vinegar
- 1 T worchestshire sauce
- 1 1/2 t liquid smoke
- 1 bay leaf crumbled
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1/2 c chopped onion
Preparation
Step 1
Rub meat with salt. Place in ungreased baking dish. Mix other ingredients and pour over meat. Cover tightly. Bake at 325 deg for 3 hours.
Pull apart with forks.
