Cooked Tomato Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 Green Peppers, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 28oz Crushed Tomatoes
  • 6 oz Tomato Paste
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Saute peppers and garlic in oil until soft.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer 30-45 minutes.
