PAPRIKA POTATOES

Ingredients

  • 5-6 medium potatoes
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Peel, quarter, and thin slice potatoes.

Peel and dice the onions.

Place in fry pan with oil on medium heat for 10 minutes or until they turn brown and soft.

Add salt, pepper, and paprika until potatoes have a pink color.

Add water, cover, and simmer about 15-20 minutes.

Stir occasionally and add more water if needed.
